Restoring and strengthening product for split ends. Innovating product specifically for mending split ends. It is excellent for bleached, tinted and dull hair. It should be used after permanent wave or other chemical services and for hair damaged by environmental agents. It gives a firm hold. Directions: style the hair and apply Full System or put on wet hair and comp Full system through the ends. Then proceed to use hair rollers or a blow dryer, brush and dry the hair.
